Thorbjørn started the week with a three-under 69 but lit up over rounds two and three, with a course-record equalling second round of a 10-under 62 and a 9-under 63 in round three. He finished with a solid 5-under 67 to claim a comfortable six-shot victory.

Thorbjørn's total of 261 is the lowest total score of the season to date, with his score to par (27-under) also the lowest of the season by seven strokes. His six-shot winning margin is also the biggest of the season so far and Olesen has now won in three consecutive seasons and seven times out of eight when holding the 54-hole lead.
The final weight setting ended up in the draw position with the loft sleeve at the standard upright position. The combination of the 10,5° LS head and the high launch and low spin of his TP5x golf ball produced consistent ball speeds around 175 MPH. During that same testing session, the Qi10 3-wood and 5-wood went straight into the bag as well.
